How to Export Your 23andMe Data

Sign in to 23andMe
Log in at 23andme.com on a desktop browser. The mobile app does not show the raw-data export option.
If you used 23andMe before 2017, you may need to reset your password. The genetic data is still there.

Browse Raw Data → Download
In your account menu, click your profile name → Browse Raw Data → Download tab.
Your file contains roughly 600,000 SNPs. Atlagene analyzes most of them.

Verify password & request export
Confirm your password and click Submit Request. 23andMe emails you when the file is ready, usually in under an hour.
The email comes from noreply@23andme.com with subject "Your raw data is ready."

Download the .zip file
Click the link in the email and download the .zip file. Don’t extract it — Atlagene reads .zip directly.
File size is typically 5–15 MB. Save it somewhere you can find it.
